Rules on Accommodation Utilization

当ホテルでは、お客様に安全でかつ快適にご滞在いただくため、宿泊約款第10条の定めにもとづき、次のとおり利用規則を定めております。お守りいただけない場合は、前記約款第5条により、やむを得ずご宿泊またはホテル内諸施設のご利用をお断りすることもございます。また、事故のおきた場合、当ホテルはその責任を負いかねる事もございますので特にご留意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

In order to insure our guests a secure and pleasant stay, we have set the following rules for the use of our facilities in accordance with Article 10 of the General Conditions for Accommodations. If these rules are not observed, we may be obliged to refuse continued occupancy of the room or use of other facilities as stipulated in Article 5 of the General Conditions. Please note that guest may also be held liable for damages or accidents caused by their negligence.

貴重品｜VALUABLES

ご滞在中、現金、貴重品等はフロントヘお預け下さい。お預けにならない場合は、紛失、盗難等によって生じた損害を賠償いたしかねますので、ご承知下さい。

Safety boxes for valuables are provided free of charge at the Front-desk. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss or theft of valuables which are not deposited in the safety boxes.

火災予防 ｜FIRE PREVENTlON

1. 火災になりやすい場所（布製品の近く等）での喫煙や、ローソク・線香・お香等の使用はご遠慮下さい。
2. 客室内に暖房用、炊事用などの電器製品、火器の持込や使用はご遠慮下さい。

1. Please refrain from smoking and using candles or incense sticks near beds, curtains or other fabric products.
2. Please refrain from using equipment for heating, cooking in the room.

防犯｜SECURITY

1. ご在室中およびご就寝のときは、ドアーの内鍵とドアー・フックを必ずおかけ下さい。
2. 来訪者があったときは、ドアー・フックをかけたままドアーを開けるか、ドアー・スコープでご確認下さい。不審者と思われる場合はフロントにご連絡下さい。
3. 鍵を紛失された時は、速やかにフロントへお申し出下さい。（鍵を紛失した場合は、1,000円を申し受けます。）
4. ご訪問者と客室内でのご面会は、ご遠慮下さい。
5. 廊下やロビー等に所持品を放置なさらないで下さい。
6. 防犯のために常時警備員が館内を巡回しております。
7. ホテルでは、玄関や要所に不審者の監視のためにビデオカメラを設置しております。

1. When in the room or in bed, please lock the door and fasten the door hook for maximum safety.
2. Please do not admit unknown visitors into the room, When in doubt, please contact the Front-desk on your room telephone.
3. In case you have lost the key of your room, inform the Front-desk immediately.（Charge of ￥1,000 will be levied for a key lost.）
4. Please do not bring unregistered guests in your room.
5. Please do not leave your belongings in the hallway or other public areas.
6. We have our watchmen constantly patrolling in the hotel to prevent possible crimes.
7. We have video-television cameras installed at the front door and other important places to watch suspicious persons.

会計｜PAYMENT

1. ホテル内のレストラン、バー等をサインによって利用される場合は、お手数ですが客室の鍵をご提示下さい。
2. お会計は、ご到着の際フロントにてご精算下さい。ただし、7日以上ご滞在の場合は7日目毎、また、7日以内でも50,000円をこえた場合およびホテルから請求があった場合には、お手数ですがその都度ご精算下さい。
3. お支払いは通貨または当ホテルが認めた旅行小切手、クーポン券もしくはクレジット・カードにてお願い致します。
4. 都合により、ご到着時にお預り金を申し受けることがございますので、ご了承下さい。
5. ご予定の宿泊日数を変更される場合は、フロントに予めご連絡下さい。延長される場合は、延長以前のお勘定をご精算下さい。

1. When signing chits at the restaurants, bars, etc., please show your room key.
2. When your length of stay extends over 7 days, bills are presented to you every 7 days for settlement. You may be requested to pay the bill when it comes to ￥50,000, or the hotel requires to do so.
3. Please pay your bill at the Front Cashier by cash or such travellers,check, coupons or credit cards as approved by the hotel.
4. Please understand that there may be occasion when you are requested to put up deposit with the hotel upon your check-in.
5. When extending the length of your stay, please contact the Front-desk and clear the bill prior to your extention.

お預り物等｜DEPOSITED ARTICLES, LAUNDRY ITEMS AND MISSINGS

1. お預り物、洗濯物の保管期間は、6ヵ月とさせていただきます。なお、期間経過後は当方にて処分致しますのでご了承下さい。
2. 遺失物、お忘れ物の処置は、法令にもとづいて取扱い致します。

1. The hotel will keep laundry and other articles deposited for 6 months. Please understand that upon expiration of the period, the hotel will disposes of them.
2. Articles missing or left behind will be handled in accordance with the local laws and regulations.

その他｜OTHER POINTS

1. 次のようなものは、他のお客様のご迷惑になりますので、お持ち込みにならないで下さい。
   1. 動物、鳥類などのペット類
   2. 火薬、揮発油その他発火、引火性のもの
   3. アロマ、お線香、芳香剤等の匂いの強く残るもの
   4. 悪臭を発するもの
   5. 著しく多量な物品
   6. 許可のない鉄砲、刀剣その他法令で所持を禁じられているもの
2. 次のような行為は、他のお客様のご迷惑になりますので、ご遠慮下さい。
   1. ホテル内で広告、宣伝物の配布および物品の販売等
   2. とばくや風紀を乱すような行為
   3. ホテルの許可なく、ロビーや客室を営業行為などの目的に使用すること
   4. ホテル内の備品を所定の場所、用途以外に使用すること
   5. 客室内の現状を著しく変更すること
   6. ホテル内の建築物や諸設備に異物をとりつけたり、加工したりすること
   7. ホテル内の外観をそこなうような品物を窓側に置いたり、掛けたりすること
   8. ホテル外から飲食物の出前をとること

1. Please do not bring into the hotel any of the following:
   1. Animals or birds of any kind,
   2. Explosives, such as gasoline, gun powder, etc,
   3. Incense sticks, fragrances and other products that leave a strong smell,
   4. Things which give off a foul smelling odor,
   5. Bulky items,
   6. Illegally owned guns and swords.
2. In consideration to other guests, please do not:
   1. Distribute advertising or publicity materials or sell goods in the hotel,
   2. Engage in gambling, behave in an indecorous manner or commit acts likely to cause annoyance to other guests.
   3. Use your room or public area for business activities without approval of the hotel,
   4. Move the hotel equipment or fixtures or use for other purposes than designated,
   5. Change the arrangement of the room to any great extent,
   6. Install in the hotel any additional furniture or fixture,
   7. Display or hang anything on the window,
   8. Order dishes and drinks from outside of the hotel.
